We have to be careful about rushing into the next thing. Rushing into the next person. Rushing into the next place. Rushing into the next space. Without actually taking the time to not only recover from the break but realize that you have to recover from the trauma that is associated with you healing. Because often times, even though the surgery's purpose is to repair something that is wrong, the healing hearts more than the initial issue. Can I say that? The healing hurts more than the affliction. What do you do when the process of what's broken being repaired hurts more than the affliction itself and let me tell you something, the reason that it hurts so much for you to heal is because whatever it is that was afflicting you, whatever it is that had you broken, whatever it is that had you distracted, that had you broke, busted, and disgusted whatever that thing is, you had it for so long that it became a part of your daily life. So even though it was poisoning you while it was present, the absence of it feels like you're dying. Why because it became your heartbeat. So how do I recover from the trauma that is associated with me trying to get better?
